The Gates Church in Baltimore, MD is doing just that. They exist, "to gather people in the name of Jesus to change our world." This local church is seeking to spread hope, help, and healing through the gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone, but in particular, to those seeking recovery, redemption, restoration, and growth in the Armistead Gardens, Colgate (near the eastpoint mall), Dundalk, and Essex areas. This T-Shirt is designed to help inspire and promote their particular ministry and is based on Psalm 42 & 43.
